The Process

  • 1. Enquiry

Send me a message using my contact form with information about your requirements:
    - A List of your products
    - Inspiration reference images

  • 2. Booking

We choose a shoot date where and I take a 50% deposit to secure the booking date

  • 3. Planning

We refine the shot list and order in any additional backgrounds we may need

  • 4. Shoot

We shoot your products! It is best if you can attend the shoot where possible

  • 5. Post Production

I send over a gallery of all the images shot that day. You favourite the images you would like retouched. I’ll send over the final invoice

Don’t just take my word for it...

“I needed some great photos of my prints and wanted to create an aesthetically cohesive brand.

My website data shows my click through rate has increased significantly and my sales are up too. I would definitely recommend Diana to friends."

Tessa Galloway

Q&A

  • I send the images as

    - high resolution jpegs, which are suitable for printing & cropping.

    - web ready jpegs, which can be uploaded online

    Files are sent via WeTransfer.

  • I would advise enquiring 3-6 weeks in advance for any product or seasonal launches. This gives us enough time to discuss your requirements, source any specific props or backgrounds needed, and make sure we’re prepared for your photoshoot.

  • I would love it if you can come to the shoot! My clients really enjoy being part of the shoot process. It's also handy to have an extra pair of hands to help unpack and guide us through the products, especially for group shots - no one knows your products better that you! It's also a great opportunity for you to create some social media content on your phone: think BTS images and videos.

I understand it might not be practical to come to the shoot, so you can post me the products in advance and we can work remotely.

  • Sometimes there can be delays in production which can't be helped or anticipated. I ask that you give me 2 weeks notice (14 days) if you need to move your shoot date. After this, I require an admin fee for £50 to rearrange. This covers some of my overheads.

  • Once a deposit has been paid and you decide to cancel, the deposit is non refundable.

  • For product shoots, the turn around is 7 days after the shoot

For model shoots, I send a gallery over for you to choose which images you want to be edited. After I have received the selection, the turn around time for the final shots is 7-10 days.

  • I have a selection of props at my studio. I also encourage clients to send a few of their own props too, so the images are unique to their brand. I may also make a few prop suggests for you to order and bring to the shoot.

  • Yes!

  • Yes, I have one parking spot for clients to use. There’s also a pay and display for extra cars

  • Half day: 9.30 - 12.30pm. Full Day: 9.30-4.30pm

  • No, I am not VAT registered

  • Diana Stainton, 72 Millmead Business Centre, Millmead Road, London, N17 9QU

The details of how to find the studio are here, along with a bit about what to expect from your day with me:

  • I have a small selection of clothes you can use for the shoot, but I suggest ordering in a few pieces of clothing which suits your brand style
